Veteran Labs has a strict no-return / no-refund / no-exchange policy on all perishable food items. All perishable food item sales are considered final.

Damages and Issues

If any Veteran Labs non-perishable product arrives damaged and/or broken, and/or part of your order is missing, you must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery. If any Veteran Labs perishable food product arrives and is the incorrect product ordered by you the customer, you must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery. Perishable food products must remain in their original packaging and still with the original seal to be exchanged.
